Stadium Pharmacy – Local Pharmacy in Independence

I love the personal experience you get at Stadium. They know you by name and actually listen when you speak. (I know this because they follow up with me on my next visit!) The staff is fast and efficient. They DO call you when your scripts are ready, and make every effort to make follow up calls, if necessary. 10/10 recommend.

I feel like Stadium Pharmacy is a neighborhood pharmacy. When I pick up my prescriptions, they know I also take care of my mom's medications so they ask me about her too. It's easy to get in and out of quickly - much more convenient than standing in line at CVS, where no one knows who you are.

ETA: Replying to the business’ reply. These weren’t external delays. These were internal delays caused by pharmacy staff and I attempted multiple times to resolve them directly by speaking to the staff and pharmacy manager personally, and could not get them to understand the basics of their jobs. I’ve been a patient here for about 2 years for a maintenance prescription that I’ll be on my whole life. It may adjust, but it’s not going anywhere. The service their delivery driver provides was my sole reason for staying, until today. I was still considering giving them my business solely because of the driver’s patient care. However, the office staff encountered an issue with refilling my prescription…a whole 2 weeks ago. They failed to call me so I could get things straightened out to get my

Love this pharmacy. They close at 5 M-F, but they know me and are always friendly. They let you know when your scripts are ready and offer free delivery.

I have been with Stadium Pharmacy for years. Actually they have been my only pharmacy. Such a very friendly professional atmosphere. I have never had a problem with my prescriptions. They do all the work as far as getting a hold of my Dr. For refills. Always let me know if my insurance has given me a generic. Or any other questions I may have. My prescriptions are always ready.
