St Vincent's Medical Center Southside

I want to say the woman staff at family & delivery was very professional. My wife gave birth 9-3-23 at this hospital. I can't stress how quick the surgical staff responded when my wife had to have a C section. The all women crew work together as team and were super organized. Hospital room are Clean here and the Dr and staff has been on top of everything from being to the end. I want to say keep up the good work and God Bless the staff.

terrible attitude towards people! especially for pregnant women! If you received residency in the USA and came here while pregnant, then know that this hospital will never help you. Even with insurance and all the documents, they delayed the registration for a whole month. in the end they didn’t sign up, they directly said that we won’t take you, your sentence is too long and this is a big risk for them - which means unprofessionalism. disgusting attitude! if they had initially made it known that they did not want to take me at 27 weeks, I would have looked for other doctors, but now I am already at 31 weeks and I need to look for a hospital again to give birth. I don't recommend going there.

I went there for the emergency care. They were not friendly at all. The bad attitude starts at the reception to check in. Then I was waiting to get in and grumpy nurse came and said why you are sitting like that (I was bending over because I was in pain) hold your vomiting bag close to you bla bla bla. I waited waited then asked when someone is gonna help me they said sorry all the rooms are full now. I said why you didn’t tell me when I got here I would decide to wait or leave they said this is how it works. I left there immediately. A good care starts from entering a hospital. I would not recommend.

I am from the UK. Three days into our stay My back had seized I couldn't move and was in severe pain😫. Dialed 911 and was taken to St Vincent's. I received thorough, excellent service by professional and friendly staff. Within two and hours of treatment. I WAS MOBILE and my pain was vastly reduced. On discharge I was given appropriate follow-up advice and meds. A BIG thank you to all the staff on duty In the early hours of Saturday morning...😊

they took very good care of me. I just came home after almost 3 months of horrible pain.. wheel chair.... then walker... the last place I wanted to be back was the hospital. the nurses and the Dr's, where all great !!! if I. need medicaldd attention again I will go there ... don't want to ever go to hospital but if I do. I choose St Vincent Medical Center
