We went one time used to a dermatologist. That first time for both me and my wife was not a good experience at that place! The doctor was like in his 80's and when he was cutting off a spot on my ear I noticed his hands were shaking; scary stuff. Advanced Dermatology on Nira Street was the best! My wife and I love our new dermatologist. Sara Amarillo was the doctor that saw me and she was very friendly and easy to talk too. They found one spot on my back and had to cut it off for biopsy. Zero pain. Thank you Advanced Dermatology for a great experience today.

Overall I like this hospital, but last time my mom was here her cell phone charger disappeared from her room. We just bought it for her and no one seemed to care. Things shouldn’t just go “missing.”

They had to give me emergency surgery & the doctor that it I thank God for him & his staff awesome job thry did for me. Alot people would've died from this surgery God gave me another chance st living & life. We fo have doctors' & staff that really CARE about they patients' I pray that GOD krrp blessings thrm & family eith THANK U ALL

I had a procedure in mid November, I was told that I needed to pay for the procedure. A week later I found out that my insurance covered the procedure at 100%. I pointed this out and asked for a reimbursement from the hospital. I spoke into at least a dozen associates from their billing department and two supervisors. I’ve gotten a different story pretty much every single time, with a different reason why they can’t reimburse me. I was just told that I need to wait another 7 to 10 days. I’m not even sure why they asked me to pay when they knew my insurance was covering it at 100%, no one else in their billing department seems to know either

The appointments were booked months in advance for a test, but the receptionist assured me that I would get a call back once an appointment was available. I even asked if I should call in a month to check in and she said no- they would call me. Welp, months went by and they didn't- I called and apparently the referral didn't go through...( aka someone messed up) But they were able to schedule it immediately and said they would email the instructions. Welp, I was never emailed the instructions and had to call back when its a couple days before the test. Fingers crossed.
