The St. Vincent Oncology Office 13430 N Meridian - appt call does not say you need to arrive 15 minutes early - BUT you do, even if you complete updates online. Nov 20, 2024 9:30 follow up appt today - called office 8:57, office didn't answer. Called again at 9:00 "transportation not here, if running late how long can it be. " Told: "15 minutes from your appt time". Arrived at 9:37. Told couldn't be seen. Should have called with update of arrival time because paperwork not completed & by the time (office) completed paperwork it would be pass 9:45. Explained had completed online & confirmed appt. Told "Everything is new. Systems weren't connected. It will need completed here. Explained you sent me (Handed a tablet). It will take to long to complete. Can only reschedule you." Said"Let's
