Great experience at Key Hearing in Carmel. They are very professional and friendly and took the time to fit and dial in my hearing aids. I would definitely recommend them!

I had put off getting hearing aids because of feedback from friends and family who have had many problems with their very expensive aids. Ganesh was very good at explaining the testing and setup procedures. I had a few issues when I first started using them and Dawn was more than happy to get me "fixed up". As it turned out, I was making some mistakes with cleaning and use. Ganesh took the time to explain everything in detail and I have not had any problems since that visit. I will recommend them to my friends and family that are having issues with very expensive equipment and have to wait for them to be sent to the factory for repair.
