This place deserves a much higher rating. I have been here for multiple injuries. They help me manage 2 autoimmune disorders. Dr. Richardson is terrific and gave very helpful advice. Excellent bedside manner and truly cares about patients. Im a return patient and go here for any ortho questions or issues.

Don’t waste your time with this practice. I made an appointment to see a PA. And please keep in mind that I was seen up there a few years prior to this incident. The day of my appointment someone from the answering service called and said that the PA had called out that day and they would call me to reschedule. After two days of hearing nothing back from them I called to reschedule the appointment. Then they proceeded to tell me that they were no longer taking new patients. Again, I was seen by them prior to this for an unrelated matter. This kind of behavior from them is completely unacceptable. And I told myself that if this was the way they handled things there was absolutely no way I would trust them with my healthcare. Very unprofessional behavior on their behalf.

Dr. Douglas is great! He made me comfortable from the start, taking the time needed for my initial examination and diagnosis. Since I’m new to all this, I always have a lot of questions and he’s very patient in answering them. He is extremely knowledgable with an open mind to different treatment options, which I appreciate. Follow-up visits are thorough. He is easy to talk to and listens to my concerns. Very personable with a friendly demeanor! Nice, helpful staff as well. And I’ve never had a long wait to be seen. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lucas first is a bad doctor. I am grateful to have encountered a good doctor before my visit with him. Dr. First recommended a procedure I do not need, one that the previous doctor said he would never recommend as long as treatments like physical therapy & chiropractic care we’re helping me & they are helping me although I am still struggling with certain things, hence seeing a new doctor. I was referred to him by my primary at St Peter’s, Pam reamer, so instead of going back to the first orthopedic surgeon who gave me proper care and advice, I trusted my primary’s recommendation. As I repeatedly expressed that this procedure wasn’t right for me & that I desperately need a referral to a better pelvic floor physical therapist and maybe some other type of non-surgical treatment, he still
