St. Peter's Primary Care - Malta

The doctors here are amazing, I get awesome care from the actual healthcare staff, and it’s simple to schedule an appointment via their mobile app or website. Which I recommend doing as one secretary here is absolutely horrendous to speak with. She’s unkind and clearly makes judgments about patients. Does not have any kind of patience for questions about procedures; e.g. I wasn’t told to check out nor schedule a follow up appointment and I had already paid so I just asked if I had to check out. She barked at me that yes I need to check out, and greeted with an extremely aggressive “HI”. I already have anxiety about going to the doctor, she makes it so I don’t want to come back.

I would never recommend Kenneth France as your primary doctor. He is unattentive, uncaring, gets annoyed when you ask him questions and then gets up and leaves mid appointment without giving you a clear idea of what your next steps moving forward are. He is paranoid of his patients recording and will accuse you of recording him and tell you its "illegal" to record him. I pulled my phone out after my last visit with him after he was 20 minutes late and only spoke to me for about 10 minutes without a clear resolution as to what i am supposed to do with the pain Ive been experiencing in my body for months and he immediately accused me of recording him and made the whole experience very awkward.

Dr France was my physician at another facility and I'm currently attempting to make an appointment now. I just need someone reliable that's all. That's it. That's all I've got to say.

can I just say - Jessica is fantastic. she's very empathetic, understanding, patient, and overall just a great physician. she makes me a lot less nervous going into appointments. if you're looking for a new PCP, I cannot recommend Jessica enough. she's great!

The staff here are polite, friendly and informative. They referred me to external resources which saved me hours of research and phone calls. They also have appointments available in a reasonable time frame. Great experience all around.
