O'Brien's Pharmacy has been my resource for medication support and assistance for almost five years; unfortunately I'm moving tomorrow and will have to connect elsewhere, and it's definitely one of the bigger downsides to my move, so much so that I wanted to drop them a review here since it's on my mind. For five years, they have given me nothing but consistent, thorough, and reliable advice, and the kindest service I could ever ask for. Sara has taken my refill requests times beyond counting, and is always sincere and helpful. Also a nod to Pat for excellent deliveries and Gina for the same, and for making me laugh! I'll miss you all! To anyone in the Ballston Spa/Saratoga area, look no further for a pharmacy: local, independent, and professional. This is the best one I've ever used

Best staff. Pharmacy set in an attractive little shop Full of cool cards & clothes & knickknacks & such. Sean O’Brien, his father before him, provided the area with an old-school Pharmaceutical service. The pharmacists, To include Hannah of course! Are Knowledgeable & patient. (Exclamation mark). They’ve helped me forge my Path as a consumer in this otherwise Tedious medical system. Truly appreciate Them all!

O'Brien Pharmacy is a wonderful place to shop and maybe pick up a nice gift. The pharmacy staff is phenomenal and this second generation family owned business is the only pharmacy I have used for over 2 decades. Highly recommend!
