St. Peter's Health Urgent Care - Regional Medical Center

St Pete’s is a joke. I don’t care what department, so far just sucks. They just want to sit at the nurses station and talk, or be on their phone. I was supposed to take my son in for an ultrasound due to his current symptoms. The lady didn’t even give me time to bring up the ultrasound his Dr requested to get done for my sons current symptoms that started more so today then the last few days. But nope. The lady checked his tummy, asked a few questions then said she doesn’t suspect appendicitis or anything. Just viral and before she got done even saying that she was making her way to the door to leave. Literally gave me NO time to tell her about the ultrasound. This hospital literally needs to be reviewed and shut down. Also apparently by 620pm they have a huge call volume and leave you on

Second time now that I've had a good experience here with gentle and caring staff, nurses, and doctors. They actually listen to you and take you seriously when you tell them what's wrong. This time around, I truly believe they saved my life as I was close to sepsis. They prescribed strong antibiotics right away. They were great. Even so they have a heavy load right now, they were still able to treat me thoroughly and in a timely matter. I can't speak for everyone, but I know I've had great care here and genuinely trust them.

I've never had a bad experience here, with the exception of one rude receptionist who I have not seen since. That one bad experience does not taint my high opinion of this urgent care. My son seems to be sick very often, and he/we are always treated with kindness and dignity. Today I gave him the option to go to a different urgent Care when he woke up with a terrible cough. He said "No, I only trust St. Pete's." He's 9 years old and terrified of medical procedures so this means a lot. All of the providers I've seen here have been incredible-nurses, x-ray techs, doctors... Thanks for all you do. I want to recognize Donna in particular. She is an incredible doctor

I was really nervous (especially with IV stuff) but the nurse Jeanine took great care of me and calmed my nerves down. No one likes to go to the urgent care. Everything was done fast and I was out in a reasonable time, plus my medications were promptly called into the pharmacy.

We came into the urgent care with my 6 year old daughter who had multiple lacerations on both of her hands. We had amazing care and customer service from the moment we walked in the door. The registration person (I didn’t catch her name) was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. We were immediately brought back by the nurse Jennifer and she was amazing! She was so caring and really great with our daughter. She was gentle with cleaning her wounds and explained everything as she was doing it. She brought her stickers and a popsicle to help distract her. The provider Guthrie was very knowledgeable and made great medical decisions based on our daughter’s situation. He was very empathetic to our daughter’s injuries. She had to get one stitch and the remaining cuts were glued. She has com
