This group is incredible. They have done a fantastic job with my orthodontic care, but went above and beyond when I had a wire break on a day I had no child care. The front desk staff were kind enough to hold my 2 year old while I had the impromptu appointment to get it fixed. Can’t recommend Dr Foster and Dr Wood and their team enough.

As a patient and as a Registered Dental Hygienist, Helena Orthodontics is the only ortho office I would recommend in all of Helena. From the first visit to the very last, every appointment was handled with a high level of care and professionalism. When you arrive for your appointments, you are welcomed by the front desk staff. Called and got a same day appointment, made an appointment for the next day to get braces. The staff was super knowledgeable and extremely nice! Dr Wood was straightforward and professional, couldn't recommend this practice more.
