Excellent visit! They fixed my bottom permanent retainer quickly and efficiently. They even got me in the same day I called! Very smooth appointment and great care! Highly recommend!

I needed a quick adjustment d/t losing a bracket. My orthodontist couldnt fit me in for 12 days. My dentist's office was closed for the week. Jackson Orthodontics was open and the tech was able to get me right in and clip the loose wire that was cutting my cheek. It took less than 5 minutes from check-in to fixing the wire. Thank you Jackson Orthodontics. For anyone checking out braces, their office is open 4.5 days/week. 👍

Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcomed. They took the time to learn about my son's situation and thoroughly explained our options. I was very impressed with how they communicated with my son to ensure he understood the treatment plan and addressed any questions that he had. The place was clean and my son loved the Pac-Man game in the waiting room. They made a very overwhelming and scary situation for my son a lot better today. Very glad we chose to go to them for a second opinion.

I had a wonderful experience with the crew at Jackson Orthodontics! They were transparent and made sure I understood the process, costs, and timelines. I went with the aligner tray option and strictly followed the regimen. After about 14 months, my teeth look great and they corrected some my bite issues so I can chew properly now. Everyone working there was always kind, pleasant and professional. To help soften the blow of the cost they have an option to pay over time and an a generous state employee discount. Highly recommend!!

My daughter has the worst anxiety when it comes to the dentist or doctors office. After she got her braces on, she told me “it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.” She now doesn’t mind having to come every few weeks! They are so patient, gentle and just overall a good place to take your child! It’s worth the drive to me and my son just got his braces! Same experience! He thought it would be awful and after, he was surprised how easy it was.
