St. Michaels Pharmacy

What a wonderful pharmacy !! They were able to give me my medicine even though they had just closed . Mr. Vincent was very helpful .definitely will be back. No long lines here .

I personally don’t like the hours of the pharmacy. My last pharmacy stayed open until 7pm & 9pm on the weekends. They are only open Monday- Friday 9Am - 5pm which is strange. However, when I called to see if they had my prescription they were very nice and gave me all the information I needed and when I picked it up the lady at the front was nice. Also, weird thing is that my health savings account card would not work their. It may be an issue on my end. I’ll call to check.

St. Michael’s bought out Encore, and/or ReCept, who [for the past 5 or 6 years] had all of my pertinent info on file. From the time of inception; approx. 3 months ago, they (St. Michael’s) have shorted my meds by one (1) week or so. I have to call them constantly to check on availability. On one occasion, they blamed the absence of my meds on the “well publicized shortage.” When it became available, I was informed that my prescription had expired & I had to get a new one. I have since sought out a new pharmacy, that all but “begged” for my business. I won’t name that pharmacy just yet but I simply can’t understand how a pharmacy won’t extend “at least some semblance” of loyalty to veteran customers. I’m very disappointed in St. Michael’s 🙁

What a nightmare on their opening week!! Barely can get them on the phone and when you do they don’t have your medications or they can’t get them!! They bought out my previous pharmacy but yet they have none of my current meds?? Don’t know difference between generic and brand names! This all is extremely ridiculous and not what should be expected from a professional pharmacy.

Called to ask if I can get a prescription transferred here the guy who answered was rude DO NOT RECOMMEND!
