Polite customer service, however they never answer the phones, and it does not have a voicemail set up for when customers need to leave a message. I have litterly had to drive down several times to get a refill done and then wait. While I wait there were several times the phone was ringing and they ignored it, while I was sitting right there watching.

Love everything about this pharmacy! Definitely a hometown pharmacy where they treat you like family. Mr Mike is always going to look out for you. He don't mind calling doctors to have them change a prescription because it works better with your insurance. Instead of other big pharmacies that will just fill the prescription and surprise you with $100 copay, Mr Mike really looks out for his customers. And the ladies always greet you with a smile and kind words.
