MUSC Health Primary Care - St. Matthews

I only visit this office once a year. They're making me do new patient paperwork because they "lost" my records and can't prove that I've been there a year ago. Office staff suck. They're rude and won't listen to what's patient has to say.

Very poor front desk receptionist doesn't make the appointments with in time frame, leaves you on hold for 1 hour and 7 minutes. Has piercing all over their face and does not acknowledge you when you come in on her personal cell phone, several times.

Wouldn’t recommend, very rude check in staff, wait times are long and no follow-up calls regarding results.

This place is out of order I hate this place. They are unprofessional Since TJ left they are out of order.
