I booked a massage through ClassPass. When I showed up the lady Greeted me and took me directly to the room. I wasn’t given any instructions, but I’ve had quite a few massages so I took off my clothes, leaving on my underwear and laid on the bed and covered myself with the sheet. I got there a little early so I laid there for a while, and I assumed that She was going to start at my scheduled time. I laid down at 2:15 and my appointment was at 2:30. She comes in and starts massaging me a few minutes after the massage starts. She pulls down my underwear a little bit, Which wasn’t an issue then is the massage continues. I booked a one-hour massage at 7 pm tonight. The massage at this shop is very professional. They have hot stone and sea salt massage, the techniques are very professional, the service is very good, and the room is clean. I will definitely come back next time!

100% would not recommend. I had trouble with this business from the start. This was a Groupon gift so not something I could easily refund or cancel. I called the first time to schedule and could not reach anyone for days, the voicemail not set up. I booked online as well since I hadn’t spoken to anyone. When I did reach the owner, I gave her my information and requested that I make an appointment/confirm the online booking, which would be roughly a week out. She did not take any of my information but assured me the appointment was set. I show up on the scheduled day, a 30 min drive from my house, and the business is closed. I had a very uncomfortable experience. When I arrived, I was immediately led straight into the massage room and the door was closed behind me. There was no introduction, and I never even learned the massage therapist's name. The massage itself was just okay, but my 90-minute session ended after about 75 minutes. At the end, the therapist slapped my legs to signal the session was over, then immediately asked whether my tip would be cash or credit card. She left the room for me to change, but returned only a few minutes later while I was in the middle of getting dressed and began stripping the bed and cleaning the room. I really enjoyed that I could use class pass and also not be treated like a delicate flower. Most places tickle when they get to my feet but this lady removed every knot in my body and made sure that my neck and back were not in pain when I walked out. She focused on where I had tension and not grazed over like most other massage places. 5 stars, very nice and professional!
