Was told insurance would process my son's meds 3 days from now and they will be ready. Show up 930am and hear Tyler in the back yell "we just opened". I make him aware I can hear him and I know what time it is, but I was told it was ready and just waiting to run it today. Then suddenly the medication isnt covered. I ask how much it will cost because it's a medication my child can NOT just stop without highly unpleasant problems. He refuses to let me pay for it. When I ask what I need to do he continues to be rude and tells me to "calm down". Calm down for asking what exactly i need to do about his meds and remind him this is a 10yr old childs medication. He then tells me they can fill 5 pills then void his prescription...so in 5 days we will be right back where we are and better yet ha
I wouldn’t give this place one star. After watching my mother go without her medications and hearing nothing but excuses I finally got her to leave. They will send you a text message and say your prescription is ready until you get there and find out they have no idea what you’re talking about. You show them the message and they act like it’s the end of the world. There is no professionalism. All of the younger ones are extremely rude. Even when they’re the ones making mistakes. I’ve heard them gossip about other customers. Talking loudly enough to more or less humiliate them. It’s shameful what this pharmacy has turned into. You smile at someone and they look at you like you’re crazy. The environment is not friendly. They are never stocked with medications. Or they’ll say it’s your insura
Nightmare....I had a delivery after waiting 3 weeks for them to hire a new driver( in the meantime I was without life saving medication) The driver gets here and I had a 5 dollar copay. Hand the driver a 20 and he informs me he has no change due to giving someone change for a hundred dollar bill his first stop. Without paying the copay he can not leave the medication. Instead of the driver stopping somewhere to get change for the hundred I got the " sorry about that" . So I change my pharmacy since St Mary's Pharmacy has been nothing but pure hell. Moving forward.... My new pharmacy contacted St Mary's to get everything switched. St Mary's has my meds marked as " delivered" and I had to argue to the person on the phone that I never got them. After 10 mins I get " oh we found them we will p
I am in my 60s and I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacy. I have known this pharmacy since I was a young child and have loved browsing the gift shop and talking to staff. Until they sold out to a big network. (PennHighlands.) There are no more familiar faces or smiles. I have watched others leave this pharmacy in tears or very angry because they can’t seem to get anything under control. It is constant chaos. I miss Pat dearly. It saddens me that the hometown feeling has been taken out of this pharmacy. I understand staff can get overwhelmed but treating others as if they are being too complicated because they need their medications, is very unprofessional. You are simply just another number now. Not a real person. At least, to them. I’ve never seen such a mess. My suggestion wo
They never have any of the prescriptions ready and the wait time takes too long.
