I had a prescription for Tylenol 3 and went back for a follow up appointment and a urine test. Was 3 pills short. The urine testing erroneously showed cocaine which I have never ever done. They refused me a retest. Beware because their testing is not accurate

Worst place ever, They treat you like a drug addict just for wanting to be out of pain after spinal fusion surgery in my neck and having severe back pain in my lower back from a torn disk. They told me they would help with my pain if I had the surgery and now its 5 years later and im still in pain, about leave this place, its a joke. Update: Said they was finally going start giving me a low dose of something for pain, Hope I will have some relief in the future.

Absolutely awful, bordering on outright fraud. They don’t treat pain, they order the most ridiculous unnecessary tests and try to load you up on Gabapentin. I honestly do not think Dr Malayil is an actual doctor, what diploma mill did he come out of? Do not waste your time. When I was referred to Huntington, WV. an hr away, I thought I would give them a shot, don’t. Absolute bottom of the barrel, good Lord.

My fiance has went here for years and never had a problem like he has today. He has major back and leg pain from past injuries and is on pain medicine has been for years and it helps him be able to function with out hurting as bad . His new prescription was due last week he called to let them know to call it in never heard anything back till yesterday said they would fill it today when he went for his apt. This morning they said they didn't know what happened but they would send it in electronically. so a few hours later he called to see if it was ready it still hadn't been received they had everything else but that so we called left messages and then the receptionist said the other Dr had to send it in and he has still yet to hear back from the nurse or have his medicine. It's ridiculou

Not very attentive staff. Upon arrival signed in..then another patient came in after my boyfriend..they didn't even look at the sign in sheet but immediately took care of her. He had to walk up and remind them he was here and had signed in earlier. Doctor only spent like 5 minutes on the examination. Did prescribe some medicines to try and help. Gave lots of scripts for testing, PT and X-rays..didn't explain if we needed to make the appt for the specialized testing or if they would do and contact him telling him of when and were. Tried calling the office to learn what to do about the testing and had to leave message. The nurse who did the intake was nice and was attentive. Would not recommend.
