TERRIBLE experience at this office from day 1. Kiki has the worst attitude and doesn’t seem to want to be bothered with patient needs, questions, or otherwise. Mi, Jennifer’s assistant, has the worst “bedside manner” I’ve seen in quite some time from a medical assistant. I was going through a difficult time and needed help. I did not get it here. Absolutely the worst doctors office I think I’ve ever been to in my 61 years of life! Uggg! After a phone conversation where Jennifer’s assistant CONTINUED to talk over me, I had to hang up on her because I was at work. Jennifer then called me personally and said, “You cannot talk to my staff like that!” WOW! It was HER ASSISTANT WHO WAS THE PROBLEM! I was the patient in need of assistance, and that’s the treatment I get??!! Unbelievable!
