ER always busy, but they were very good to me and things went quickly. Tests done in ER helped when admitted to floor, seemed no part of the admission process was wasted.. Thank you for all the help from ER, to admitting floor, to surgery, and then to home.. This experience was the best I've had at this hospital, I only had one person that was rude and not at all nice..it came from an xray tech.. She was extremely rude no matter how I attempted to change the mood.. from telling me to do action that was contraindicated post surgery, to parking me in hall for transport back to me room.. EVERYONE I came in contact with, otherwise, was very polite, helpful, and pleasant..thank you for the care that has helped in the healing process!

I can only speak for the Labor and Delivery Wing of St. Mary’s. We were planning on doing a homebirth with a midwife. However, plans were changing based on some physical signs my wife was showing. We had to get a BPP AND NST test due to my wife’s gestational age. We went to Jupiter Medical Center initially, and the Dr. on call was very hostile toward our midwife, and so our midwife asked if we’d try St. Mary’s. So we did, and as someone who has a great distrust of the current state of the medical field because of the heavy handedness of unnecessary interventions from the industry as a whole, I was blown away at the amazing treatment we received by the staff. They all were beyond professional, and in fact took the time to empathize with my wife during this time of uncertainty. They reassure

I was in for outpatient total hysterectomy. Dr Brumfield, was doing my surgery. The staff that he had during surgery was absolutely wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. While I was in recovery, all their nurses & staff were wonderful, as well. For some reason, I was scared. I kept telling them I was scared & they tried to comfort me. Finally, after seeing my husband, I was a lot more comfortable and able to relax to come From being under the anesthesia. I would suggest this medical care center, to anyone. The staff was top-notch, friendly, caring, understanding, willing, and patient!!! I had a great experience. Thank you, St Marys Medical Center. Thank you, Dr Brumfield. Thank you, staff!

My care from all the nurses and anesthesiologist were very kind, caring, and knowledgeable; however, the doctor seemed very mean. He claimed that I didn’t use the prep for my colonoscopy but I drank both bottle of the prep and tons more of water. His bedside manner needs some work. Additionally he did not speak to me about the results he told my brother who told him to tell me bc he didn’t was to get the information wrong but he did not come back or verbally tell me what to do about the issues he saw. This is my only complaint. Overall, the rest of the staff were very kind and caring.

We received very good care at this facility. Were called back quickly, and seen by a provider in a timely manner. Dr Kints was very nice and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that she involved us in the care plan as much as she did. The nurses were all very nice. I would definitely recommend this facility any day over KDMC ED.
