St Mary's Hospital-Radiology

They don't know how to operate the phone it doesn't even go through and some don't even know why you called the office but didn't tell you needed to speak with another office. But they'll happily bankrupt you and not even provide proper service that way you can be bankrupt but at least got exceptional services but no it's just a dumpster fire no 5 star service. You'll need a scan for everything they don't know what's wrong with you but they'll happily allow you to eat junk food.

I had a 12:30pm. appointment. I got there a little after 12 p.m., and I was the only one waiting. 12: 30 a Caucasian woman came out and called a woman who walked in 10 mins after me. 12:45 pm, another woman walked in, they came out called her, and left me there without saying a word. All the parties involved are Caucasian. I'm a coco brown woman. These people were trying to oppress me. I went there 3 times already for the same sonogram I was supposed to get today. My 4th attempt I left,because I'm no dog. 3 times I went there and they couldn't do the Sonogram properly.

Never go here. The worst hospital ever to be treated at. No one had a clue about how to treat my injury. I burned my hand and they kept bringing me a thumb splint. They gave me a tetanus shot for know reason, and took x-rays of my hand after I repeated told them I refuse service. They held me against my will. I called 911 from their ER desk and told them and their security guard man handed me and threw me back on the gurney in the hallway. And they never gave me a mask, and this happened when Covid was just happening. They screwed up my chance of getting my first shot. Never go here if you can. They are rude, uncaring, and nothing less than thugs that just want to make money and violate your rights. Be warned.

Was at Wound Care not Radiology. Not only the employees of the department I was in, but the rest of the hospital employees are extremely polite. Extremely helpful too. At the main entrance, the hospital offers valet parking which only charges $1 but can be validated anywhere inside the hospital. Also until 2pm, there is a little coffee shop where you can get specialty coffee or tea and pastries. It is located a little to the side of the main registration desk.

Nice clean hospital. Radiology department has up to date equipment. The service was very efficient and friendly. I had a knee x-ray and the whole process couldn't have taken more than about 15 minutes
