Find another place. I recently moved to the high desert and I made an appointment for my kids. The first appointment was for my 12 months old daughter. I fill out all the paperwork they requested for my daughter and my son so I didn't have to do it on my son's appointment. When I went to my son's appointment I was told no information was on the system so I need it to fill out the package again. How does that make sense? They made an appointment with no information at all? of course they got all they needed it from me but someone was very incompetent and lazy and did not input the data on the system.
