My recent admission to this hospital has been one of the most deeply concerning healthcare experiences I have ever had. What I witnessed and experienced here goes far beyond “a bad stay.” It reflects serious system-wide failures that put patient safety, patient dignity, and basic standards of care at risk. This facility is severely understaffed, disorganized, and not functioning at a level where safe, effective care is even possible. The level of care I received was the bare minimum — and even that is generous. There was no true follow-up, no consistent communication, and no continuity of care. Every provider had a different explanation for what was happening, none of which matched, and none of which were backed by proper assessment or collaboration. Nurses told me they would speak with th

Bad experience. Supposed to have procedure tomorrow in the morning with anesthesia, no one called with details what to do, etc. and any confirmation on financials. Called them in the morning, promissed to get back. Trying to call all the numbers - no one answers. Front desk told me to call in the morning to get details on how to prepare for the procedure that supposed to be 8.30 am. Really happy they didn't sugget me to operate on myself and then just cover whatever bill they send. Poorly managed place

These ICU nurses shut down the ICU from 6-8 pm for shift change. This is when most people get off work and can visit loved ones. They will make you wait two hours 30 feet from the room citing patient privacy while they let six people leave and two people walk back in and they are ok but you are forced to sit and wait. They pick and choose who gets to see their loved ones. It’s is ridiculous to shut down the ICU for two hours because they need to change shifts That has nothing to do with people setting with loved ones and the fact that they choose the busiest time to lock critically ill patients away from there families is sad. That’s not putting the patients first. Find another hospital if your family needs ICU.

Don’t ever go here. They sent my mom home after being (suspicious of sepsis) with meds without looking at her test results. They ended up calling her the next day and telling her to come back and be admitted because she has sepsis. What kind of hospital lets a patient leave under the suspicion of a life threatening illness without looking at their test results? We’ll be looking for attorneys.

St Luke is nice hospital. But they need more handicap spots. My husband fell down in front of hospital and stayed for 5 hrs in ER. Everyone working in hospital is very nice and helpful. Even receptionists r very friendly and helpful. But fell in front of hospital???
