Was seeing Dr Chit back in 2020. Told me she would keep my letter for my ESA on hand for when I would be moving. I am now moving into housing that requires this documentation and all of a sudden, it does not exist? Speaking to the receptionist… “PCPs don’t write ESA letters our policy has changed”. This is also coming from the doctor who prescribed my SSRI’s… This was not the policy back in 2020. When I requested this, the receptionist told me “Dr Chit likes to promise things we cannot do. Sorry.” How unprofessional? And now they want to see me for a physical, when I do not have the same insurance. For what? I thought you “can’t” write the letter? I’m supposed to be moving IN LESS THAN A MONTH. DO NOT GO HERE.

I feel like I got scammed. I went in for an allergy on my skin. They mixed up my doctors so that my “follow up” was with a different doctor and they had no idea what was going on and clearly hadn’t even looked at my chart. I wasted the entire “follow up” appointment after the lab work explaining everything that happened in the previous visit. In the end I paid about $500 for them to give some anti-itch cream that works just barely better than over the counter medicine. Healthcare is a scam. Because of this experience, I won’t be visiting any doctors anymore until I’m on my deathbed

I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment understanding that I may have to wait a couple minutes 5 to 10 minutes, about 15 minutes after my appointment I asked the nurse why seven other patients that came in after me walked right in and I’m still waiting. She let me know the doctor was running behind. It’ll be a couple more minutes. I waited another 25 minutes before I just walked up and left. Our time is valuable as patients as well. It’s not fair that the doctors overbooked. I feel sometimes it’s all about the numbers and not about the patient when we go to the doctors anymore.

USE TO BE GOOD, USE TO BE! CALL FOR A SCRIPT, TELL THEM 5XS TO CHANGE FROM WALMART TO PHARMACY NEAR ME. SCRIPT GOES TO WALMART AFTER OFFICE HOURS! WAS ALSO TOLD HAD TO WAIT FOR PROVIDER (DONNA) TO COME IN FOR SCRIPT TO BE SENT. CALL EARLY NEXT DAY, I TALK LOUDER BECAUSE OF SHINGLES IN EAR, EAR PAIN, AND PHONE IS TURNED UP TO HEAR. NURSE TELLS ME SCRIPT SENDING TO WALMART! ONCE AGAIN I SAY NO DONT SEND TO WALMART! I THAN TELL HER, ITS NEEDS TO BE DONE NOW SO PHARMACY CAN DELIVER IT. I GET TOLD THE PROVIDER WILL SEND IT OVER, I ASK WHO IS THAT, DR. CHIT! YESTERDAY I WAS TOLD DONNA, AND ONLY SHE COULD DO IT, TODAY IT'S DR. CHIT! CLEARLY IT TOOK COUNTLESS NURSES, 6 CALLS, A P.A. AND A PCP TO GET ONE SCRIPT FILLED! I ASKED WHY SO MANY PROBLEMS GETTING ONE SCRIPT FILLED? NEVER GOT ANSWERED.

The staff here is welcoming.The ladies at the window love what they do. Karen was really helpful. I use my walker today. I had to use the restroom. There rest room was out of order. So I had to walk to the other side. Once I came back Karen call me . She said would you like a wheelchair she push me to the back. When I was done she push me back to the front. Dr Durcus takes his time with you and listens. Great Job ! Positive E
