Dr B is the absolute best. I have been seeing him over 18 years. He takes his time to explain your condition as well as options to help. If I am unable to see Dr B, Sonia the np is my second choice. I have been seeing her for over 8 years. She is also extremely knowledgeable and takes time listening to your concerns.

I have been a patient here for over 20 years and then this past August had issues with refilling my BP medicine and was even called by the office saying I was due for a physical. I made the appointment on the phone right then and they said would be refilled. I got a few MyChart notifications my prescriptions refill was denied and then sent msgs questioning this. Dr Bautista then called me and proceeded to yell at me for over 10 minutes that is was refilled and that I needed to find a new DR. I even sent the MyChart messages back to him showing what I got and told him about the phone call from the office and nothing. I was crying on the phone as I was so upset. Do you realize what a pain it is to get all your records and find a new Dr at this point. I never got an apology or anything

The longer this practice is associated with St. Lukes the worse it gets. There's nothing better than getting to your appointment 15 minutes early like they ask you to just to be seated and watch people come in with same appointment time, AT the appointment time, and then be seen in front of you while youre sick. Caddy front desk workers, streamlined box-checking health service. I think is the last St. Lukes visit for me.

Had an appointment with Dr.Reddy and was generally very disappointed. She talked down to me and was very passive aggressive. She slowed down her speech and looked at me like a was dumb, even though her directions were unclear. There is no reason to talk down to someone just because I asked a simple question that she quite frankly never answered.

Really discouraged and disappointed at the lack of urgency from this place. Been trying to resolve a billing issue since May and have not received any form of help. Update: surprise surprise, no further help. Was told repeatedly that office manager Connie will call and nothing. Why can this not be resolved in a timely manner?
