Complete Care at Brakeley Park

My mother has been here for a couple of years and the new lady at the front desk Majestic has been such a blessing these last few months. She’s so kind and patient with all of my questions lately and is quick to help navigate what I have to do next whether it’s speak to Anne Marie or Courtney. This morning was VERY bad due to issues with some of the staff on second floor but when I expressed any of my anguish to front desk she immediately do what was needed to resolve it. Keep up the good work!

Had a wonderful experience here. The therapists were kind and helped me and my family in ways that we deeply appreciate, gave us a path to go home with more confidence. The girls in the admissions department, the social worker, were a helping hand during a difficult time.

My grandmother stayed in this facility and I was really impressed with the care that was given. Silvia came to see my grandmother in the hospital and she was informative and kind. Nurses and aids were really helpful, I felt comfortable in the setting when I came to visit. Therapy regimen was great, just what she needed. She enjoyed the extracurricular activities and entertainment. We took my grandmother home and doing well. Thank you!

I am fond of complete care brakeley park. The facility is well maintained, there is plenty of parking, and the town is quiet and safe. As for the inside the activities staff ,physical therapists and the aids are compassionate and helpful .

September 2nd I went for a tour also to visit my mom on her second day there for rehab. Very welcoming the place is bright clean airy and very welcoming. Michelle was so helpful when my mother was being transferred it was Labor Day weekend the hospital was going to send her to a different facility. Michelle called me at home on her day off and help me get everything straightened out and made sure she had a bed available there and everything went smoothly, she was definitely a blessing. My daughter and I had a tour set up with Sylvia and met with her on the way out and she explains some more things in regards to how the facility is run was very satisfied.
