St. Luke's Urgent Care - Fenton

I brought my uncle to St. Luke’s Urgent Care last week because he wasn’t feeling well. We completely understood that it’s flu season and there might be a longer wait, but every step of the way the staff was communicative, kind, and reassuring. From check-in to being seen, everyone took the time to explain what was happening and made sure my uncle felt comfortable and cared for. The friendliness and professionalism of the entire team really stood out and made what could have been a stressful visit much easier. We’re very grateful for the care he received and wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend this urgent care to others.

I was seen recently for an illness. I have visited the center many times. They have always made me feel that they are concerned about me. They are professional and take time to listen to my concerns. Elizabeth and Julie were exceptional! I will continue to utilize this location and recommend it to all of my friends and family.

I was sick and came in to St Luke’s Urgent Care in Fenton. I have been there many times and have always been happy with the care I received. Kim C and Julie were great! They were caring and very thorough in testing, exam, and treatment. This is a busy center so sometimes I have to wait; but I would recommend them to anyone.

I went in this morning and was immediately taken care of by the receptionist. Not too long after I was issued to a room when the nurse came in and asked all the questions and then she heard me coughing so hard. She brought me some tea. I just think that was the coolest thing I’ve never had somebody so caring to bring me some hot tea at any doctors office ha ha. The doctor was great and thorough and explained everything. I was in and out of there, and I would definitely go back and I definitely recommend this urgent care!

After waiting an hour for a simple urine test, watching patients who just arrived go in ahead of me, and being harassed/verbally abused by manager Kim Presson simply for asking why the wait was so long - I went to concentra and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I don’t think I have ever been publicly this disrespected/humiliated in my entire life. I filed a complaint with patient relations and in the process of filing with the state. Judging by other similar reviews, something is seriously wrong here - hope headquarters take note of wait times and behaviors such as Kim Presson, because it is jeopardizing St Luke’s great reputation.
