St. Luke's Urgent Care - Chesterfield

I took my daughter here for a head cold. 1 strep test a covid test and 15 minutes in the office equals a bill in excess of $750.00, $438.00 billed to me. Absolute rip off! Pick another care giver St. Luke's urgent care will gouge you and take advantage when you're in need! The staff here was fine the billing practices are not. Never again!

Apparently whoever was answering phones 11/19/25 night loves to hang up on customers. She was a real delight(sarcasm). They treated me like shit, kicked me out super quick, no paperwork, nothing when I was there. Seriously my 5year old niece could give me the same if not better advice then they did.

The staff have been fairly nice on most occasions. Sometimes the wait is a little bit longer than expected. Great care received, with the exception of getting labs drawn by a staff member who did not use appropriate gloves for the venipuncture, not until I asked. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

My experience with St Luke's Urgent Care in Chesterfield was an excellent one. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, caring, and reassuring. They were able to diagnose quickly my UTI, prescribe medication and advise what my home care should involve in order for me to quickly clear the infection. My confidence is totally with St Luke's Urgent Care in Chesterfield.

I had to take a DOT drug test here for pre-employment screening. I originally was sent to Quest but there was a problem with the paperwork. So I was redirected to this St Luke’s site. They were SO helpful. They really took the time to try to help me with the admin / paperwork problems including getting on the phone with the agency. They went WAY beyond the call of duty to help me sort it out….both the intake staff person and the on call nurse who administered the test. Great people, very customer-focused.
