The entire staff at St Luke’s goes above and beyond. I spent the 3 most uncomfortable days of my life there and they did nothing but go out of there way to make sure I was doing alright and always kept me well informed on my treatment. I would highly recommend the team at St Luke’s to anyone moving forward. I was impressed with the treatment, the staff, the attention to detail and the over all experience. I felt safe and taken care of and they still continue to take care of me and check in a week after discharging me. Thank you to everyone at St. Luke’s, you are the best!

I recently went in for an ultrasound at Saint Luke’s and had a really positive experience overall. The nurse who took care of me was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away—super professional and just genuinely kind. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and chill, which helped ease any stress I had. The only odd part was the person handling check-in on the first floor—she came off a bit strange!

All of the ER nurses were amazing! So helpful and kind. There was a staff member named Adam who took great care of me, and my nurse Maria was incredibly supportive. I was there for mental health concerns and had to wait overnight for a bed to open the next day. During that time, Maria really listened to me and showed genuine care. The crisis worker, Isaiah (I believe that was his name), was also wonderful. I would definitely recommend St. Luke’s for any situation or concern, and I would choose them again over Lehigh Valley.

On Thanksgiving my 83 year old grandmother was admitted here for a scary health complication no one ever knew about. She had to get emergency surgery. Surgery failed the first time because of her vitals. It was also an intense surgery because of her old age. She was then put on a ventilator for 48-72 hours to try again for the surgery. It was the scariest time of my life not knowing if my grandma who was so healthy and full of life was gonna make it out alive or not. The surgeons, care team, and everyone on the ICU Floor 5 were absolutely amazing and so supportive of my family during this hard time. My grandma was a miracle and survived the 8 hour hour intense surgery and received such great care afterwards weeks before her release. My grandma hates hospitals and doctors offices but the nu

Do not recommend, either they are short staffed or there to busy socializing, which I witnessed several times while on the the 7th floor, .you wait for a nurse for hours and when aides finally answer your call bell they tell you not to be rude when they spent the last half hour talking outside your room. I should mention Will and B on night shift we wonderful , very attractive, B redressed and cleaned all my wounds which no other nurse had time to do and will constantly answered my call bell. I should mention the hospital doctor constantly wanted to talk to my husband, like it was the 18th century. If you have pain make sure medication is ordered ahead of time or you will wait forever. I hope there is better care some where elsewhere.
