St. Luke's Palisades Family Practice

I was very excited to find Dr. Saltzman as she advertising being holistic. I have NEVER had anyone try to push as many pharmaceuticals on me as she did. I listed about 5 things I was concerned about. She brushed off all my concerns and sent me for bloodwork. After my bloodwork, I did my own researched and realized that all my symptoms together might be something and specific bloodwork should have been ordered. My son had some bloodwork ordered too. The office did not send it to Quest. I called the office and had an aggravating conversation that was similar to an Abbott and Costello routine. I was being told it "was in the system" and "was not in the system" by the same person in the same breath. Anyway, we got my son's bloodwork back and again I realized she should have ordered more tests

Lauren Gordon, CRNP is an amazing practitioner. She is kind, intelligent and caring. She provides thoughtful, thorough and up to date health care. I feel so lucky to have her on my care team! Thank you for all you do ❤️

You can’t call, they just get dropped. I’ve tried 5 times, the only reason I’m bothering is my insurance set a random person to it. We, as a country, are screwed. These guys didn’t help.

While i like Dr Kotz, the way this office is ran is continuously getting worse. I have never had an appointment go on time and consider yourself lucky if you are seen 30 min after your scheduled appointment, even if it is literally the first appointment of the day. on average it is about an hour. what is causing me to write this review now is I am calling at 8 AM when they open on a Friday, and there are 30 people ahead of me on the phone call list. this is absolutely unheard of!!

I recently decided to switch to this practice. I have 3 sons. I called and was told I could not just schedule their physicals. I was told I had to schedule a new patient visit before they could be seen for a physical. I scheduled the appointments and asked again why we could not just have their physicals done that day and was told their policy requires a new patient visit first. I received one bill via email and paid it thinking it was for all 3 of my sons. I then received 3 bills in the mail. Two were for $155.05, my insurance paid $19.95 on then and a third bill for my middle son for $175. I was given a complete run around by Palisades family practice and St. Luke’s billing as to why one bill was different. I called repeatedly. Today I called again and after I was told the Office Manager
