Physical Therapy at St. Luke's - Ottsville

This office is excellent to work with all around. Everyone is friendly and professional from the front desk staff to the PTs. During pregnancy and postpartum, Kate was absolutely wonderful to work with. She truly cares for her patients as if they were her own best friends. From making sure you feel heard and seen with your issues to ensuring that you fully understand what treatments/exercises are being proscribed, she is the full package for a pelvic floor PT. She is realistic with expectations and treatment and will meet you where you are at in the moment. You can truly tell that she loves what she does. I couldn't recommend her more!

Alex was also great to work with—professional, encouraging, and easy to talk to. He helped me improve my walking, posture, and overall strength while recovering from surgery. He emphasized the importance of exercising consistently and encouraged me to continue on my own to maintain strength. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this location and staff enough. I've been dealing with chronic foot pain for over a year and thanks to Alex's help I'm finally pain free. After being on restricted activity for so long I thought it would be impossible to recover. I literally couldn't independently move my big toe, and had to constantly grip my toes to bear with the pain. The strength training and exercises have gotten me to the point where I feel normal again. My endurance is better than before I was injured and I feel so much relief knowing I don't have to worry about being in pain from any amount of physical activity. Alex explained the exercises so well and showed me some life changing stretches to help with pain relief. He even gave me a follow up plan to maintain the progress I've made! When I had

Great experience from start to finish. Josh is awesome and did my entrance evaluation. From then on Julianna was my main PT person. I don’t think you can find a more qualified therapist. Alex is a great physical therapist—knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain what the recovery plan looked like and why with each step. Every session felt productive, and I never felt rushed. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for solid, thoughtful PT care. Small side note: the front desk experience wasn’t always the friendliest, but interaction with them was limited and did not take away from the care Alex provided in any way.
