St. Luke's outpatient Center

I had to go to St. Luke’s outpatient center today for a stress test. Every person I came in contact with at the center was absolutely wonderful. So professional and so friendly. It was such a wonderful experience and thank you to each and every person that helped me today.

I’d like to compliment Kim Burton, cust service rep, who just helped me check in for lab work. My insurance had just changed, and I did not have a card on me. She was very patient and helped me look through my phone for the right information. I always get very nervous when getting blood drawn, and she helped me feel calm

Overdosed my friend with liver disease and now she's in comfort measures. Their response " we're going to set up a class regarding order prodical" Dr blames surgeon who took out her GB for new onset liver disease progression when indeed she did not listen or act on her many cries for help. I know Healthcare is not what it is too be but I just can't accept this negligence. If you have a loved one in ANY hospital and they are not with it. Set up 24 hrs sitter preferably family. Lesson learned here

The are not competent.Misquoted fee. Then offered assistance but sent to collections any way. Then when they took payment for the full amount they did not send it to their bill collector so garnishment was issued. They had no empathy or even took any ownership of the error. Would 't even return the call when they said they would. Stay clear. Attorney General is investigating them

I was definitely disappointed in this hospital until I meant Megan she was truly wonderful patient person I've ever met she went beyond her job and help me out this medical records department is the most amazing people thank you so much Megan 🙏💗
