St. Luke's OMS - Bethlehem

Even with an appointment, the wait time is insanely long. Why am I waiting 30+ minutes after my appointment time to be seen by the doctor? Even when I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled time!! I think this location is booking way more people than they can handle. The front staff knows this and they look miserable. Who’s the manager of this place?? Let’s rethink our office plan, bestie.

The medical staff here is great, but I needed a refund for almost $3,000 for work that I had to pay upfront for but ended up not getting done because of medical reasons. The surgeon told me it would be no problem getting the refund back. But it's more than a month later and I still haven't received the refund. I've left multiple calls and I'm told that they're working on it and I'll get my money back but they have no timeline on when it will happen. If you look through their reviews, seems others have had problems with the billing department, too.

My friend goes here and she had a wonderful experience and me and my daughter waited in the waiting room the staff here is very friendly and considerate and also extremely helpful and there a Wawa and CVS that you can walk to and the bathroom is very big can fit a wheelchair with no problem and is comfortable with the air conditioning the atmosphere is delightful

My experience here was fantastic! Ashley took her time to listen and comfort me while I was in awful pain. She was very caring and compassionate. Dr Rachiele alone with his assistant Amy were very professional. Amy helped me calm down and breathe during procedure she was amazing! Walked out feeling relieved and very grateful. It’s been 4 days and I am not in pain. Awesome team!

Wonderful experience at ST. Luke’s OMS yesterday! My son had a procedure with Dr. Geller and his assistant, Asia. Asia was so kind. She explained everything in such detail and made us feel comfortable with our treatment plan. She made sure we had everything we needed to recover at home. Everyone from the front desk staff to the assistants in the back were smiling, friendly, and created a great atmosphere to be in.
