St. Luke's North Medical Center

A test I normally had done closer to home had equipment moved here, so I had to head to this location today. The technicians were excellent...both Tracy and Christine tried their bests to put me at ease and keep me as comfortable as possible. I was seen on time and exited on time. I wish I didn't have to trek so far but grateful for their prompt, professional and caring service today!

I want to give the biggest shout out to Christina C and Jen C who were on duty in the phlebotomy lab on Saturday October 11. They patiently waited for my autistic son to be ready to have his blood taken. They treated him and us with respect. This was out third attempt and they were able to make it happen.

I came to this facility on 4/30 for my 3 year old to have a chest Xray. It couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. We checked in, got the Xray and left within an hour. Everyone we encountered was extremely kind and polite, they all made my daughter feel more comfortable. The woman who checked us in, the lady running the coffee area, the x ray technicians and even the woman who gave my daughter a lollipop on her way out…5 stars all around. Thanks St Luke’s for great care. You all made a little girl feel less scared and an easier experience for mom. We appreciate you all!

This is a very convenient location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I have been to various sites and St. Luke’s continues to impress me again and again.

Was just there today Saturday the 20th of September for a work-related lower back injury never again talk about someone with 0 compassion The nurse that got my vitals was very nice and compassionate the physician assistant or Doctor or whatever you wanna call her was horrible I will never Ever go there for anything again I'm still left in pain and she told me I can come back in a week to see how I feel I feel like I can barely walk when I get up From a sitting position from just 5 minutes of sitting I explained everything In great detail still nothing I'm retired And went back to work to help with bill's and this and that i work only a limited number of hours a month but man unreal I hope the next person don't have the same fate that I did walking in there thinking they can actually get
