St. Luke's Neurology

The doctor is nice, but staff is completely uncaring. After a long drive to their clinic & parking in the 1st row, I experienced a sudden medical issue that left me unable to exit my vehicle. I called the office & let them know what was happening & that I needed help & they stated they would let someone know. They put me on hold for 20 minutes, then ended the phone call. No one returned my phone call or came outside. It took me a long time to get out of my car & make my way inside. I was told that they did get a call about me, but they didn't help me because they didn't know what type of help I needed. I responded that they could have called me & asked. They then replied that it wasn't their responsibility to help me. This is a MEDICAL clinic at whichI am an established patient! I'm there

Dr Zaheer Ahmed sucked so bad. No education or anything such as what to expect post stroke or anything. All he had to say is "you had a stroke" i was told to stretch and physical therapy for headache and neck pain. Asked multiple stroke questions no answers or got once again "yea you had a stroke" answer. Asked if I could switch to a different Dr in group was told nope. Also didnt give me any restrictions besides oh no power lifting. Found out later all the restrictions I should of had. Thanks Doc!

Not great customer service. My primary care doctor referred me to them, and said to call to set up an appointment. The receptionist on the phone said that I had to have a referral to a specific doctor, which is fine with me, I have no problem going back to my primary to get that, but the receptionist on the phone was so rude about it. When I asked her if she could just assign a doctor for me to see she just hung up on me. I will be seeking other options for my care.

I saw Whitney Feichtner NP while my physician was out on maternity leave and she was very thorough and professional. I was very impressed. She summarized the visit and follow up plan very carefully with me and I felt she deserves 5 stars all the way!!!

I see Whitney Feichtner, NP with Neurology and she is just fantastic! The first time I dealt with a migraine was 26, before I got kicked out of my parents health insurance. I told my family doctor at the time and she just told me to come back in 2 weeks to follow up. No medicine for relief, not even asked for my symptoms. After I was kicked off my parents health insurance, I was dealing with 18 migraines a month for 4 years due no health insurance, couldn’t afford it. In 2019/2020 with insurance, I saw Whitney and she went above and beyond. She asked my symptoms and then we made a plan. If plan A didn’t work, we would do plan B, plan B failed then plan C. She never gave up on me, she kept trying ideas to get my migraines under control. Fast forward to 2024 and now with 2 medication combina
