St. Luke's Hospital - Warren Campus

I was admitted 12/14 at this hospital and I was on the third floor. There was a wonderful nurse named Kate. She was truly the example that all nurses should follow. She truly cared about my comfort during my stay. She was kind and considerate. She was patient and extremely smart. If you get Kate as your nurse you will feel supported and cared for. She deserves to be promoted. It’s nurses like her who make a difference.

This is the second time I’ve been here since I moved to the area 3 weeks ago. Both times for my teen daughter. I am amazed at the care they gave her and how thorough they were in the examination process. We went in because she was getting fainting spells. Within 10 minutes of being in the triage she was in a room, hooked up to monitors, and blood was being drawn. I left at peace with the diagnosis because they did not fail to do all the exams possible (blood, X-ray, IV). The nurse in the ER was Shyan and she was absolutely amazing. She kept her cool when I was “sort of loosing mine” and she made me feel at ease. Definitely recommend this hospital for pediatric care.

I can not compliment the staff at St Luke's Warren campus enough. From the ER to the infusion, I had the privilege to meet so many wonderful people. Both departments took excellent care of myself as well as my mother.

If you are having surgery, I totally trust the doctors and nurses. I have had multiple surgeries there and have always had a good experience. The nurses are very attentive and supportive. The only problem I have is the emergency department is hit or miss sometimes with the rotation of graduating doctors.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL unless you want your medical concerns dismissed and to be rushed out of the ER to free up a bed. During my visit, I did not feel that my condition was taken seriously, and the care felt rushed and incomplete. As a result of the lack of proper care, I had to return to the Emergency Room the very next day for the same medical issue. I chose to go to the Anderson campus instead, where I received similar treatment—but later discovered a shocking $8,000 difference in billing between the two visits. When I contacted billing to ask for a clear explanation, I was unable to get any meaningful answers.
