My husband and I registered at the maternity ward here. Took a tour and that in itself was fantastic, everyone was so friendly. We had a surprise baby appearance and I was in labor for over 24 hours then the little one ended up in the NICU. They are so attentive with the care they gave to me and my baby. I felt heard with any question I had about what was going on and free of judgement. Each nurse, doctor and lactation specialist I had was so lovely and comforted me throughout the whole process. I could not have asked for a better experience. 100% recommend this place.

Oh my what a wonderful experience. St. Luke’s is the best. Unfortunately, I have spent some time in the other ERs due to family but this time was me. St. Luke’s is in a different spectrum than others. From the moment I walked I felt like a person not an annoyance. They evaluated me, told me next steps and timeline. After I was admitted, from the dr. to the transport I felt like I was at a high end hotel with the best service. Communication is key, and St. Luke’s was always honest with me about time and next steps I will never go anywhere else.

I came in on the 9th of January in spontaneous labor. As a first time mommy I was so anxious, had no idea what to expect and truly was in so much pain I couldn't contact any of my family members for support. Upon my arrival nurses were quick to respond to me and support me. They helped me breathe and relax through the contractions, I requested an epidural ASAP and I got it! They constantly repositioned me to help baby lower into position and boy did it work! They let all of the people I loved be in the room, even though I'm sure it felt so crowded. And lastly, they took such great care of me and my baby boy after delivery. I truly had an amazing experience, the best labor and delivery I could've asked for with NO complications. Thankyou all! I plan on coming back!

My mom almost died in St. Luke’s ER last evening. When she was bleeding profusely in the ER waiting room and my stepdad informed them of her condition he was told to sit down and wait your turn. When she finally was able to get a room and hooked up to the blood pressure in the ER, it dropped to 60/20. Again, my stepdad had to run out of the room and get a doctor and the doctor said good thing you came and got me she could have died. She is now in ICU, which is amazing. St. Luke’s ER needs some serious overhaul. People’s lives are at stake. FOLLOW UP: I appreciate the invitation to follow up with patient relations which I did. Just heard back from them and received a letter and a statement over the phone that the nurse manager in the ED is planning on utilizing this as a training/coaching e
