St. Luke's Helen G. Nassif Transitional Care Center

My husband stayed at this facility for two weeks. I was very apprehensive at first to stay there because I read some bad reviews. But on the contrary, the staff, nurses , and therapists are friendly. I was with my husband the entire time and I slept there the whole time. It made things easier for all of us, as I am very much hands on to my husband but the staff checked on us and made sure we get what we needed. The food was okay, they can do better for sure . The facility is clean, internet is reliable. You can request for a nurse aide/staff to clean your room. It just a matter of asking them kindly and respect. This care center is truly exceptional. I visit about twice a week, and every single time has been a positive experience. The staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and professional — and it’s always reassuring to see the same friendly faces. The building is incredibly clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for everyone there. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for quality care and a place that genuinely feels supportive and well run.

I love this facility! It is very clean and doesn't smell like a nursing home. I also see where the DON and the ADON are on the floor helping the aides and family. Everyone here is GREAT! Thank you for all you do for the patients and families

When my mother was admitted at St. Lukes Helen G.Nassif Transitional Center she received the upmost care.activities and therapy were designed to her needs and likes. The staff is very professional and friendly.

I was there for a month. I enjoyed every day and every meal with my 3 mates at the table. We all enjoyed each other and laughed . All the ladies that helped . All were cheerful and I miss Driane and Sunshine and everyone else
