I will never go back to this hospital. Every instance I went there (3 different occasions) I was treated badly from the nursing staff. The only reason I went to this hospital is because my OB asked me to. My birth was the worst one out of all 3 of my births. They were completely unprepared for me and I even called an hour in advance before heading to the hospital. I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes in active labor. They ignored my request for an epidural until it was almost too late to get one. The nurse doing my paperwork ignored me when I told her I was in labor and wouldn't check me to see how far along I was and didnt believe me when I said my water broke. She kept leaving the room and my husband would have to find a different nurse to help me. The doctor finally came in and r

Everyone was soo kind & efficient I was a walk-In for 2 test. Check in was smooth & it only took about 1 hr. to get my test done. St. Luke saved my life in 2014 & they saved my daughters life with Covid in 2021. She was in the hospital for 3 months. I LOVE ST. LUKES HOSPITAL!!

Dr. Guzel performed my knee surgery at St. Luke’s Hospital, and the outcome was excellent—the incision appears clean and is healing beautifully. Throughout my stay, I received outstanding care overall. Dr. Guzel and the care team were exceptional; the anesthesiologist helped put me at ease with humor, and both Nurse Janie and Nurse Melissa were kind, gentle, and attentive. I consistently felt well cared for, and my experience was largely deserving of five stars. Unfortunately, my recovery experience was impacted by one interaction. Upon waking in recovery, a nurse named Tina asked me to rate my pain. I reported it as an eight due to significant throbbing following the surgical procedure. My response was questioned, which felt dismissive, Tina said it can’t be an 8, and pain medication was

I was so happy and surprised how excellent this hospital was while I was there for a week this month. Never expected that an emergency room visit would turn into a weeklong stay but I know why it did and I have no idea how sick I was, but these people found out. And when I saw the test results, I understood, And they treated what they found and got me out of there as absolutely soon as possible. For coordination of care, for medical records, for clinical excellence, I give them six stars

The Emergency Room care was excellent. After the ER care, I was admitted to the hospital. The room was clean and tidy and facilities were very good. The nurse staff and the support staff took excellent care of my needs. The attending physicians explained everything and I was able to get my blood transfusion with satisfaction and helpful support. At discharge time, I was given detailed information and instructions for follow up. The hospital staff called me at home also to ask about my welfare. I am so thankful to st.Lukes for excellent care.
