St. Luke's Health - Springwoods Village Hospital - Spring, TX

I had to come here for an MRI an had a great experience. Customer service was great. The receptionist that in processed me was very nice. The guy that did my MRI was great! Very friendly, and effective communicator, explained everything that was going to happen, and even walked me out to door upon completion. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely come here again and would recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

EDIT 10/3/2025: Got a second opinion from a wonderful PA that is NOT employed here and would ya know it.. looks like there was quite a bit of value to a few simple blood tests. I got referred to a Rheumatologist! Don’t go here. Horrible bed side manner (Dr Lee). Very weird vibe and feels sarcastic. I immediately felt like I made a mistake coming there by how i was talked to. Tone matters. Interrupting your patient too like.. should I have written this out maybe? The woman that checked me in was pleasant. His nurse didn’t look happy.. just not how you want to be treated when you truly feel sick. I’ve told several people already that I know to avoid yall. One person said yall were the worse hospital she’s been to. I concur!

Terrible experience from start to finish. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the front desk person stayed on his personal phone the entire time I was speaking with him. The doctor I saw was equally dismissive and lacked basic courtesy. This place seriously needs to retrain their entire team on how to treat patients with respect. I would never come back here and don’t recommend anyone else waste their time either.

My wife went to the emergency room in the middle of the night and spent about a total of 10 minutes with the doctor and had no tests or imaging run - just got a prescription - and our bill was $1,500 AFTER insurance adjustments. This is crazy. My wife was happy with the people she interacted with, and chose to go here instead of a minor emergency clinic because she was worried they would end up sending her to the ER with what she had. The 2 star rating is definatley related to the cost of the visit and the multiple calls to their billing after, trying to get that reduced - they aren't willing...

My husband had a colonoscopy at this hospital… not the most pleasant of procedures. The nurse who greeted us and took history and prepped him for the procedure (Stacy) was amazing! Upbeat, compassionate, kind, and caring, we couldn’t have asked for better care. The anesthesiologist was amazing, as well, taking time to hear about my husband’s autoimmune disease (MG) and listen to our concerns. He never made us feel like we were taking too much of his time. The procedure nurse came to take my husband into the procedure. We didn’t have much time with Erica but were impressed with her care as well. Finally, Shyla was his post-procedure nurse.
