St. Luke's Health - Lakeside Hospital - The Woodlands, TX

I had a wonderful experience after having a total knee replacement surgery with Dr. Clay Fisher and the entire staff here at St. Luke’s Lakeside Hospital. I have had nothing but excellent care here. Jo Jo and Amanda were wonderful and took very good care of me. Thank you everyone!

My experience at St. Luke’s Lakeside Diagnostic Imaging was, and always is, a wonderful, professional, personal attention experience. I’m not just a number coming through there, they ALWAYS ask about how I’m doing/feeling, and they are genuinely interested. Jennifer H. was my registrar, she got me in rapidly, my husband had recently passed away and her compassion as I was telling her this was truly heartfelt. Amanda was my CXR technologist and her careful positioning and handling of me as a patient was truly kind and gentle, and her attitude was one all should emulate. She is remarkable and you all are blessed to have these 2 ladies on your team. Humankindness is what I always experience, in my unfortunately frequent interfaces, with Baylor St Luke’s, The Woodlands. It truly is POWERFUL

The care received was phenomenal. Super attentive & accommodating to us after my partner had total hip replacement. The physical therapists were the absolute best! From scheduling, checking in, surgeon, nurses, assistants….everything was top notch. Even the lady at the kitchen deli was super nice.

Melody was the registrar when I checked in. She was friendly and professional both. Instead of having me wait to check in she did it on the spot. The technologist/nurse that did my X-rays was excellent in every way. Very friendly, made me comfortable with what she was doing, told me what she was doing and got it done quickly. When she walked me out of x-ray, I felt like she was happy to help me.

I can't say enough good things about St. Luke's. From the ladies that handled preregistration, to the admitting nurses and the nurses and assistants who took care of me before and after surgery the whole process was not stressful and seamless. I thank everyone who helped through and after my surgery!
