St. Luke's Family Practice - Wind Gap

Horrible horrible place the so called self check in process horrible doesnt get sent over to the "receptionist" or lack there of receptionist extremely under staffed unless you walk up to the window to make sure they know your here you will sit her for hours try a different office maybe that will work better also the waiting room extremely small. Every seat filled up places need to stop trying to put a office in an office inside another office.

Is this the place that Mark Powell practiced? He "dabbled" in ADHD and misdiagnosed me in under an hour, helping my mother make me a victim of FDIA, which I didn't discover until I was recently diagnosed with lifelong, untreated cPTSD. You took less than an hour to misdiagnose me and I've suffered lifelong consequences from it. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

This has been my children's primary physician for many years now. The staff are very nice and always helpful. I've never had any issues with waiting time. When my children need to be seen due to illness they work with my schedule and get them in to be seen that day with little to no wait time! This office is wonderful and I would definitely recommend to others!

Great place best doctors. My family has been going here over 20 years. Yes you do wait at times but that is because of the attention to details of the doctors and I know Dr Powell for sure gets to know his patients as to better treat them. That's why you wait

I haven't had no problems with dr mason or her staff. They all have been really good to me.
