St. Luke's Family Practice - Blue Valley

After seeing the same doctor for the past 12 years I was devastated that she left the network. I went through a few doctors afterwords then met Dr. Dultz. I was hesitant on seeing a male doctor but gave it a shot. I’ve seen him in person twice but due to my health situation and concerns I was able to message him in MyChart. He is extremely understanding, compassionate and has a sense of making you feel like you matter and genuinely listens to your concerns. He supports your decisions and ideas. It’s not often you find a doctor like him. I’m so glad I found him and plan on moving my entire family to Blue Valley Practice.

Would be a great Dr. but Office doesn’t send referrals. Referred me to three different places. After multiple calls between them and insurance, and multiple weeks of waiting my insurance somehow still doesn’t have the referrals for me to get the care I need. Terrible

Started with this office as my first ever adult pcp. Staff is very nice! I feel so safe and welcomed here. Appointments are very quick - in and out. I never find myself waiting more than five minutes in the waiting room, even if I’m early to the appointment!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is one of the most unprofessional and uneducated offices I have ever been too. My wife and I have been trying to get bloodwork done for weeks because she is 12 weeks pregnant and also just found out we may be having twins. Every single time we have gone in we get a different excuse or lied to. We went in to see when we could get it done and we were told to come back the following day because the lab was only open at certain times.Great, we have a plan and can get it done soon. So we left and arranged to come back. We came back the following day at the specified times and then were told that the lab is not open once again and to come back at a different specified time. So now we leave again without being helped and plan another day in our busy schedu

Myself and my family have been going here for almost 10 years. Our family physician is with this practice. Sometimes when our physician isn't in we see other Drs.The Staff and Drs are Always Friendly,Always Helpful.. One time I brought my mother in because her family physician kept diagnosing her wrong, Thanks to blue valley sending us to ER immediately my mother is still with us. Best service Best Doctors ever...Thank you Blue Valley......
