St. Luke's Family Practice - Palmer

Stay away from St. Luke’s. This was my second really bad experience with them. I’m a patient of Heather McTigue and called to schedule my monthly B12 shot. They decided to call me 20 minutes before my appointment, while I was already on my way, to tell me they had to reschedule because someone at the front desk made a scheduling mistake.The only solutions offered were to reschedule or to sit in the office and wait to maybe be seen. For a routine appointment, this level of disorganization and lack of respect for a patient’s time is unacceptable.

The wait was definitely more than 15 minutes, but I felt heard and taken care of. The staff and doctors are very understanding and respectful

My family Doctor that I have gone to for 30 years recently gave me a Health Wellness Assessment. I thought I was going for a yearly physical. This version of care requires an extensive list of health questions to be answered, online before the visit. They reconfirmed all of this in the office. The visit consisted of blood pressure check, oxygene check on finger, very quick stethoscope check of heart front and back. No, ear, nose, mouth, reflex, prostate exam, organ check, no cough. Very perfunctory not a Physical.

Absolutely WONDERFUL practice! Small, personal office with kind and attentive staff. The reception ladies were awesome and I saw Dr. Strohm who was so down to earth and nice. Davina was great in taking my vitals. Also I was in and out quickly but never felt rushed. I'm so glad I found this practice - I was previously going to Whitehall Family Medicine (part of LVHN) and St. Luke's in general just has better trained and kinder/more personable staff. Highly recommend!

Dr. Strohm is simply the best family doctor around. She is more of a detective than a doctor. She leaves no stone unturned. Highly skilled, compassionate and caring. I love her!! Renee and the staff are always there for you. This places is a hidden gem!!
