i complained to dr. gangar about back pain impacting my quality of life. she told me if i "just ate less, this would stop." and sent me home it was spinal cord lesions. the pain was preventing me from losing weight. i've since been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis unprofressional, nasty, and negligent EDIT: they replied with a nonexistent email. this place is a joke

Dr. Stair is an amazing Dr. !!! She takes the time to know you and your health concerns. She never makes you feel like you are just a number. She is always very patient and thorough with health concerns. She is a very unique doctor and very caring! She is exceptional! I highly recommend her!! Candice, Kirsten, and Linda are thorough, knowledgeable, and equally exceptional at their job!

Worst customer service ever! Last Thursday I called the office asking if my family doctor could help me because my acute pain would not let me sleep. They denied to take care of me guessing I colud wait because I had appointment with her on May 12/22 or either go an urgent, because after talking with her nurse she called me back saying it was product of muscle pain. Same day, after work, I went to an Urgent care, and after x-ray they found it was my spine! I was diagnosis with a disease, they prescribed me a medicine. Today May 12/22 I was supposed to follow up it with my family doctor, and to be referred to a specialist. I was telling the nurse that I work doing some lifting so I needed help. I've been coming here to see Dr. Stair for about 2 years now, and I have never had anything but good experiences in the office. The staff is very friendly, from the nurses to the desk clerks. I once showed up a few days early for a nurse visit I had scheduled because I had the wrong date in my phone's calendar, but they were able to take me that day with no problems. I have not had any problems with prescriptions either, which is great because my previous doctor/clinic was not good at approving time-sensitive prescription refills for me when I needed them. They also have an online customer portal where you can manage your visits, prescriptions, test results, and ask health questions directly. I can't say enough about how convenient and easy that makes things. This should definitely be so
