St. Luke's Clinic - Obstetrics and Gynecology: Twin Falls, 775 Pole Line

Kari Brose and her team were amazing with helping me feel comfortable. I appreciate the way they communicate, explaining what I can expect and what is happening throughout the whole experience.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS TRUST ME I WOULD. right off the bat just know that unless you feeling like tiptoeing around some elderly woman’s feelings, go somewhere else. Anywhere else. This is like a fast food drive thru for OBGYNS. You’ll have to meet all 7 doctors at least once to see who you like The most but hope and cross your fingers that they’re working when you go into labor. The entire staff has the worst attitude except the one ultrasound tech. Kari pushes medications, forces decisions onto you, and doesn’t take into consideration what might be happening outside of her office. Kari is the worst PA I’ve ever met in my life. Kari needs to put her feelings to the side and realize that patients have things going on in their lives. Kari is rude, judgmental, and has horrible bedside manne

If I could give 0 stars I would. They just care about what their text books and computer screens say then actually seeing the patient and listening to what they want. DR. Jolley is the worst of them. I have never felt more uncared and unheard than today when I went in for an appointment and had to advocate for myself for them to still not listen to me and tell me no to what I asked for.

Front desk staff and CMA were great and very helpful. However, Kari Brose was judge mental, rude and showed a distinct lack of compassion. She made assumptions about my previous providers and was extremely critical. Her demeanor was that of an interrogator. She did not listen to my responses. For example I stated I had a marginal cord insertion which is listed in my file and was listed on the paper work in front of her. She said “No you don’t” and I had to point to the paper work right in front of her that clearly listed the information. This is just one example of how dismissive she was. I cried after the appointment and was deeply upset by the care I received.

Consulted this office for birth control. The scheduled me with Dr R Smith. I felt unheard and more confused than when I walked in. Settled on the pill and asked for EXACTLY and by name what I had been on prior to having kids and as a teenager. Instead she proscribed me something "similar". I didn't find out until I was at the pharmacy and called to clarify. As a tired mom, I trusted her judgement and negated my own research. I took it for 6 months and then had giant blotches show up on my arms and FOREHEAD. So I started reading about it and the birth control she prescribed had 3Xs as much of hormones in it from the type I had taken before having kids. So I stopped taking the pills and the blotches on my arms went away but the one on my forehead still has not and it's been 3 years. Very sad
