R&R Pharmacy Twin Falls

I feel like a VIP because they have great “customer “ service. Always polite and friendly.

Wow….just, wow! I am a life-long Twin Falls resident and have used four different pharmacies in the past. All I can say is: 1) the customer service is the BEST I have ever experienced, and 2) they filled my MULTIPLE prescriptions fast, accurately, and with my best interests in mind, by doing three months instead of one month for the same price, which my previous pharmacy never did! Wow, they are the best pharmacy in Twin Falls, bar none! Thank you R & R by keeping a customer-first mentality!

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the folks here at the R&R Pharmacy! I came in today to get my COVID vaccine and was REALLY nervous ( I hate needles!) however they made me feel safe and cared for from the moment I came through the door! They were super polite in answering all my questions and soooo friendly! I have never once felt so comfortable in any kind of 'hospital-like' enviornment! Normally I'm very panicky and full of anxiety to the point of shaking, but the girls were so sweet at the desk and pick-up/drop-off counter I was immediately calmed. The gentleman who administered the vaccine was also amazingly friendly and understanding. Thank you so much for being the awesome people that you are!

The staff is so nice and friendly! Fast service too! They know how to do service with a smile. I will not be going anywhere else.
