St. Luke's Children's Pediatrics: Twin Falls, Addison Ave.

So I made a mistake on the times of my 2 kids appointments and I was trying to get them seen before school and Sally the receptionist was so amazing she tried to get me in the same day but it was Friday and they were booked. She worked really hard to get both my kids in as soon as possible. Which I know it wasnt easy trying to schedule 2 children one after the other. I just wanted to say thank u so much!!

Refused to treat my 13 year old, told us to go to the adult Physical Therapy. They canceled appointment after I had been trying to get an appointment for a couple weeks. Finally went with another agency Wright Physical Therapy and they just barely got the signed plan of care 9/1 today, when he was released from the hospital 7/10. We didn't finish his whole treatment plan and now school is started and probably won't finish the last 2 weeks because of the mess! If I could give them a negative star I would!

My wife, and I are parents of amazing 2 year old twin girls. Our pediatrician Dr. Turner is one of the most amazing down to earth people, not just a doctor, that I know. He takes a personal interest in the care of my daughters ever since we started going to him. They were born premature so we have had many visits to St Lukes since, and even before their births. As a dad I appreciate the fact Dr. Turner talks to me, and explains things in detail so I understand which means a lot! We recently had to have one of the girls admited and even though he was not on shift the whole time he still checked in on us regularly. That means everything.

Our pediatrician has a very calming and kind demeanor. They’ve taken great care of our family.
