St. Luke's Care Now - Forks (Walk-in care) and Occupational Medicine

I received prompt and excellent care when I arrived for my same-day appointment for treatment for an ankle injury. I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Giles, who was kind, extremely professional, very thorough in his examination and asked all the questions that he should about how the injury occurred. I was X-rayed within minutes, and treated properly with an ankle wrap and an air cast, and given crutches. Giles demonstrated very methodically and clearly how to use all three, and thoroughly explained the X-ray resuIts and his recommendations for follow-up care. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at this St. Luke's Care Now location, and if I need emergency care in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

I went here back in December & they charged me for a hospital services instead of a doctor’s visit, which cost $860.00 for a head cold!! No testing was done! My insurance paid $330.60 towards my bill & now I owe St Luke’s $529.40!! I called St Luke’s & they tell me that it is standard to bill us as a hospital service, not a doctor’s visit! I talked to my insurance & they told me that an urgent care should not be claimed as a hospital bill! If I would have known this, I would have never gone there! There needs to be something done about these networks getting away with nonsense! It isn’t a hospital!! It is an urgent care 🤦🏼‍♀️

Lisa is a great nurse and she is always so pleasant and she listens to you. When we go there she always greets you with a big smile, we have always had a positive experience when we go to this location, in most cases it is our first choice. All the other employees also do a good job.

I have mono, I’m home from school because of it. The doctor I was with put two adults in the same room without asking for my consent. The doctor did not give me medication for a fully blocked ear until I called in after wards. PA training couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Shame she has to learn at a practice that is outright rude to patients and severely disorganized.

Nurse Lisa Berger is the perfect balance of professional, knowledgeable, personable, and challenging. She can read her patients and knows exactly how to relate to them to put them at ease and address their concerns. Lisa made a genuine connection with my mother which played a significant part in reducing my mother’s anxiety regarding her health issues.
