I didn’t have a good experience, it left me more confused and exhausted, wait a long time to be seen, the “doctor” I think went back and forth with me for over ten minutes saying it wasn’t going to be work comp. When I told her it was. I get paid to travel that’s part of my job, that’s why I’m here. She said “well if it were me coming to work and I had an accident it wouldn’t be cover.” You don’t have my job title. And that’s not your job either to debate that. Then after I listed my ongoing symptoms to her she minimized it to “so you feel a little dizzy.” When that’s not what I said at all. I told her it difficult for me to perform my job duties and have been sent home multiple times every time I go to work as I feel I’m about to faint every time I stand and since I’m continuing to report

They did pretty much nothing. I brought my 6 year old daughter in with a fever of 104 after Motrin that would not go down. They looked in one of her ears and said it looks infected. Prescribed amoxicillin and said to try a lukewarm shower for the fever and if it doesn’t go away to go to er. Then rushed out. No Covid test, no flu test, no strep test. Lower than the bare minimum care.

No matter where I am I take the time to drive to this care now location. Through 12 years of frequent visits for blood work, testing, sick visits and more, I've never had an issue with staff or a provider. Sometimes the wait is pretty long but, bad providers are too common, so a good one is worth the wait.

Nurse checked the usual, blood pressure, oxygen, temperature. I was sent for X-ray and result was good. Nurse practitioner came and didn’t even approach me, just checked my symptoms and X-ray result. She gave me a possible viruses diagnostic. Even that I told her that I came from international trip and symptoms were better/worse since around Christmas. She gave me a light antibiotic and sent me home. Waste of time and money ! I did not get any better over the weekend and went to my family doctor on Monday. He tested me for Covid and Flu. He checked the results and proceeded with a thorough exam. Diagnosis bronchitis. Changed my antibiotics and added other medicines. By Friday I was a new person! Thanks Dr Dorville !

I brought my son in to be seen and waited over two hours. During the visit, a COVID/flu test was performed and that results would be available within 24 hours. After waiting three days with no results, I called the office and was informed that nothing had ever been sent for testing. I later received a call from the doctor confirming that no test was submitted, despite the procedure being done and previously being told it would take 24 hours by the doctor herself. This lack of communication and follow-through is extremely concerning, especially when it involves a child’s health. Families rely on timely and accurate information, and this experience fell far below acceptable standards of care.
