Avoid. I'd give zero if I could. I went in for a hearing check. Dr told me I need surgery in the first 60 seconds of the visit, before discussing my history or even looked in my ear, nose, throat. When I pushed back he was extremely negative, tried to push other tests and treatments not even related to why I was there.
